North Road Retail Park, Darlington
Mixed retail scheme to the north of Darlington Town Centre comprising eight individual retail units anchored by a large Aldi food store.
The site is adjacent to the historically significant Skerne bridge – perhaps the worlds first railway bridge and the design of the development makes reference to the extensive railway heritage of the locality.
The scheme also features a new public space as part of the proposals.
