Brampton, Derbyshire
Ellis Healey Architecture were commissioned to secure planning consent for residential use on a former school site in the centre of the town.
Consent was granted for 80 high quality dwellings including large family houses and smaller starter homes in the form of apartments and townhouses.
The land, with the benefit of consent, was sold to Persimmon who are currently constructing the dwellings on site.
