Stocks Blocks, Great Heck

September, 2023

Works are progressing at speed on the construction of a technologically groundbreaking aggregate manufacturing facility at the Stocks block plant near Selby.

The 36,000 sq ft facility converts recycled domestic glass into a clean and sustainable bulk aggregate for use in the manufacture of concrete blocks.

Faverdale, Darlington

August, 2023

Planning permission has been granted for a new large mixed retail development at Faverdale, Darlington.

The proposal comprises a DIY store, extensive non-food retail, a veterinary surgery and drive thru restaurants for McDonalds, Taco Bell and Costa.

The scheme also includes a large electric vehicle charging hub.

Stanley

Planning permission has been granted for a new Aldi store in the former colliery town of Stanley in County Durham.

This scheme adds to our extensive portfolio of retail work which includes food stores for Lidl, Aldi, Asda, Co-op, Tesco and Morrisons.

Kingsway, Scunthorpe

June, 2023

Planning permission has been granted for a new local centre on a prominent site in Scunthorpe for Client Armscliffe Developments.

The development features new Co-op convenience store and a Starbucks drive thru.

Southbank, Middlesbrough

Construction is now complete on a new food retail development in Middlesbrough.

The development features new drive thru restaurants for Burger King, Greggs and Taco Bell.

Madeira Completion

April, 2023

Work has been completed on the construction of new storage and distribution facilities for Madeira LLP at Melmerby Business Park near Ripon, North Yorkshire.

The new £3M building provides a new headquarters for the UK division of the world’s top brand of embroidery thread and associated accessories.

Agnes Street, Stanley

Construction is now complete on a new food retail development in Stanley, County Durham.

St Helier, Jersey

Planning permission has been granted for our scheme for the redevelopment of an existing terrace of properties within the primary shopping area in St Helier, Jersey.

The ground floor of the building will remain as retail with the upper floors converted to residential use. An additional floor will be added at roof level.
