A conversion of the Grade II Listed Lord Deramores Primary School on the Heslington Estate.
The proposal includes the sensitive refurbishment of the ornate brick built building, the construction of contemporary extensions and the introduction of modern ‘piloti’ structures within the open halls to accommodate bedroom and living spaces.
