Gomersal

An outline planning application has been prepared and submitted for 102 houses in Gomersal in Kirklees. The site has recently been removed from the green belt and has been the subject of significant consultation with the LPA over a number of years.

Alex Knowles joins Ellis Healey having studied Architecture at Liverpool John Moores University.

A proud Lancastrian, Alex has a fondness for strange craft beer, travelling and music.


Pecan Deluxe

Work is complete at the Pecan Deluxe chocolate factory in Sherburn in Elmet. The scheme incorporated the refurbishment of the offices and the extension and remodelling of the production areas, a new warehouse and logistics hub.


Lidl York

Planning permission has been granted for a new Lidl store in the Foss Island area of York. This scheme adds to our extensive portfolio of retail work which includes food stores for Lidl, Aldi, Asda, Co-op and Morrisons.


Spofforth

Planning Consent has been secured for a development of 72 high quality dwellings in the village of Spofforth near Harrogate.

The scenic site sits alongside the River Crimple on the edge of the settlement. The commission is for our valued Client, Opus Land.


Ministry of Justice

The Practice was commissioned to fit out two floors of MEPC’s Grade A offices at Wellington Place in Leeds.

The works, for The Ministry of Justice, are now complete.


High Green

Work has commenced on site for the construction of 18 houses in High Green, Sheffield for residential developer Erris Homes.


KING JAMES SPORTS PAVILION

We are now out for tender on the new sports pavilion designed for King James School and Old Almondburians Cricket Club in Huddersfield.

The works, which are due to commence on site in the new year, include modern changing facilities with bar and function spaces at the upper floor. An extensive viewing terrace will be created at first floor level.


Bishop Auckland

A planning application has been submitted for 100 dwellings in Bishop Auckland in County Durham.

The masterplan proposes a mixture of traditional family homes including an element of affordable housing.
