Interchange 26 On Site

Works have commenced on site on the construction of two large industrial buildings forming the next phase of development at Interchange 26 – a new 56 acre logistics and manufacturing park off the M62 in West Yorkshire.

This phase comprise a total of 140,000 sq ft of floor space, extensive yard areas and high quality office space.


St Helier, Jersey

A planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of an existing terrace of properties within the primary shopping area in St Helier, Jersey.

The ground floor of the building will remain as retail with the upper floors converted to residential use. An additional floor will be added at roof level.


Stocks Blocks, Great Heck

Planning permission has been granted for a technologically groundbreaking aggregate manufacturing facility at the Stocks block plant near Selby.

The 36,000 sq ft facility converts recycled domestic glass into a clean and sustainable bulk aggregate for use in the manufacture of concrete blocks.


Union Mills, Bradford

A planning application has been submitted for the final phase of development at the Union Mills site in Eccleshill in Bradford.

The scheme comprises a drive thru for Burger King and two terraces of trade counter units. Once consented this will complete the overall development which includes a Lidl food store, food and non-food retails and housing.


Haworth Co-op

Work has now been completed for the construction of a new Co-op foodstore in historic Haworth – the heart of Bronte Country!

We have worked with the Co-op for a number of years, designing the larger format food stores, convenience stores and the roll out of rebranded store fit outs.


Interchange Planning

Kirkbymoorside

A planning application has been submitted for 67 dwellings and a 50,000 sq ft manufacturing facility on behalf of Mulgrave Properties and Sylatech in Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire.


Heslington Planning

An application for Listed Building Consent has been submitted to York City Council for the conversion of the Grade II Listed Lord Deramores Primary School on the Heslington Estate.

The proposal includes the sensitive refurbishment of the ornate brick built building, the construction of contemporary extensions and the introduction of modern ‘piloti’ structures within the open halls to accommodate bedroom and living spaces.

Ian Parker joins Ellis Healey having a vast experience having previously worked for some of the Norths leading architectural practices.

A true Yorkshireman but one with a dark side – supporting Manchester United after living in the Holy Borough of Trafford in the late 80’s and early 90’s!
