Planning permission has been granted for a new Retail Park just off the A19, Peterlee. The scheme comprises of the refurbishment of an existing car show room to create 10,000 sq ft of retail space and new 5,000 sq ft unit.

The development includes a Sainsburys convenience store, vets practice, Dominos, Cooperlands and an electric vehicle parking hub.
