Works have now been completed on site for the construction of 70,000 sq ft of trade counter and industrial floor space at Clifton Moor Industrial Estate in York.

The proposal, for IPIF/L&G, is the latest scheme forming part of a wider programme of redevelopment of the whole estate. We are currently working up schemes for the redevelopment of further sites on the estate.
