A detailed planning application has been submitted for approximately 70,000 sq ft of trade counter and industrial floor space at the the Clifton Moor Industrial Estate in York.

The proposal, for IPIF/L&G, is the latest scheme forming part of a wider programme of redevelopment of the whole estate, the first phase of which was completed in the last 12 months.
