A comprehensive public consultation exercise has been undertaken for a new hotel and restaurant development in Skegness ahead of a formal planning application.

The scheme, which has received extensive local and national press coverage, comprises an 80 bed hotel with a restaurant at ground floor together with a drive thru diner.
