A new artisan burger restaurant, designed by the Practice, has just opened in the centre of the vibrant Pennine village of Slaithwaite. The two-storey contemporary building has been constructed in reclaimed stone with larch and Corten steel cladding and features extensive glazing. The roof, which is visible from the Churchyard beyond, has a sedum covering.
